So glad everyone fell off the band wagon here. Every year at the gym I go to it gets packed as fuck for the first 2 weeks and then just dies out. I go at 3am before work and it's back to me and another guy having all the weights to ourselves. :D

Been out the gym for 3 days since the kiddo is sick and I'm just now getting sick. Hopefully this blows through so I can make the gainz instead of the losses of being sick :pout:

I can't function in the gym without pre-workout. Not so much of a body boost but more of a mental focus boost

Tried front squats for the first time today! My back feels alot better after my sets as compared to doing traditional back squats. Just need to work on tricep flexibility so I can get up under the bar more.

Try Zercher Squats. Get enough weight on there and they not only work your legs, but you'll get areally good core workout in, too.

I did a shake of that serious mass with a banana after my workout Monday at 7 PM. Then ate dinner around 8 PM. Then right before bed I cooked two waffles, covered them with honey and peanut butter, then stuck a burger patty between. My stomach was on the verge of popping.

anybody know of any good fat burners? Spring break is around the corner and im gonna cut my bulking phase out midway through February and hit cardio pretty hard while still lifting till I die.

And yes, I want to lose fat for spring break. My muscles gotta make them panties drop.... just in case the alcohol doesn't.

Dont Judge Me. I'm still a young buck.

Now that I live in a town of more than 20 people I started looking for a personal trainer to help with my goals. No one around knows how to squat properly or deadlift...etc... at least at the gym I'm in. Got a meeting with him tomorrow... hopefully all goes well and he can straighten me out one some of the forms I may be messing up on.

Fat burners :( .......if I had a nickel every time I explained this to someone:

Fat burners do nothing but get you so jittery that you burn more calories; that's why you never see fat meth/speed/coke heads.

The only safe fat burner (that I know of) with a true thermogenic effect is green tea. You lose fat by diet and cardio...emphasis on diet.

When I cut, I don't even do cardio (being an ectomorph has a few benefits :D ). I'm in the same boat as you: I'm going on spring break in March. Normally, I start a cut 3 months out and do a traditional caloric deficit cut and I get down to ~10% bf. Last year, I did a regular caloric deficit diet with intermittent fasting and got just below 10%. This year, I'm doing the keto diet and am hoping to get below 8%....although, with my birthday a few weeks ago, I may have gotten side tracked a little lol.

Moral of the story: diet and cardio are going to get you results, not a fat burner....unless you're not worried about your heart exploding, walking around like a meth addict, and blowing up like Santa as soon as you stop taking the pills....my 2 cents, anyway.

Was doing the Bear complex as my "cardio" at the end of my workout today, and my wrist (broken a few years ago) popped. Hurts pretty bad right now. Slightly swollen. Hoping I don't have to take any real time off...but I might be out for a week or so :(
