    I don't think it's anything serious. Probably be gone in a couple days. I won't get to work out this weekend anyway...I'll be out of town helpin a buddy move, so hopefully i'll be ok by Monday.

    tomorrow is push day, but i did so poorly on my last leg day i think im gonna do a leg day again just to make up for it. it's okay to skip a chest day right?

    For this, I had it a little lower so that I could actually bend my wrist some to get the power clean/front squat.

    Depends on how many people are doing chest that day. Not enough people actually do leg days, so those are always happily open.

    My gym is right down the street from the University, stays packed at all hours with bros. Had to wait 25 minutes to even get a squat rack today. Two out of the three squat racks were being used for curls...... :facepalm:

    My University has it's own gym and the gym that I go to is a bit down the road from the school. I choose to go to this gym and not the University's since it has less traffic but it's looking like the people that do come to my gym, have no clue what they're doing :rolleyes:
