Haha. all i know is we pretty much have to have someone hired by the end of the month.... my project is supposed to start feb 1 and it cant start until we get someone hired!

 

I have a set of fabtech fts 2600k front coil overs, and fj80 rear coils for sale if anyone is interested. Both are used, selling for 450 obo. Rear coils give 2-3inch lift, and front coils are 0-3inch lift adjustable. Give me a call or text for pics 9072420028

Damn son that's alot of light I thought you did a Retrofit on the headlights though, did that not end up happening?

 

Oh no that happened and it went pretty well for it being my first time and doing it myself I think. I'm still working on getting them aimed perfectly but they're stupid bright especially the fogs. I don't even drive around town with my lights on just my fogs because they're so bright.

 

Did you go with FX-R's again?

 

Does anyone have a welder and can help me out? My mechanic had to grind off all the tac welds holding my exhaust on and can't reinstall it and I don't have the money to take it to a shop.

 

Who needs exhaust?

I don't have my own welder but I know some people and I know hot to use them. I have never welded an exhaust though and would need to look into what kind of metal it is and such. And find a buddy willing to let us use his stuff

And i will have to look at the exhaust, I don't think he took the brackets off the pipe and muff, I think he just used a grinder to take off the weld holding the brackets to the frame. I will double check though. Shouldn't be more than a 15 min fix depending on prep time

unless it's really dirty prep shouldn't be too bad. If I were to do it, the longest part would be getting the welder setting dialed in. Since I don't have my own and have to relearn on a different welder every other time. Looks like todd has one though and might be faster

 

Thanks for trying to help guys. Went and looked under my rig after fixing my lights and it looks like he wasn't a complete idiot an just undid the rubber mounts to lessen vibrations. He told me he cut them off but obviously he "found" a way. As if the big rubber mounts that have holes to slide brackets through slipped his mind. Thanks again guys. Looks like now my last thing to fix on my truck is my ignition problem, at certain rpms when I give it more gas it just vibrates and dosent accelerate so I'm guessing it's one of 3 things (timing belt being old and jumped off tooth, bad plug or wires even though I just replaced them, or a coil) anyone have any idea?
