Grab a small flat file and make a flat spot for the set screws to grab. Basically increasing the surface area for the set screw.

Aaron this is you best option^^. Make a flat where each set screw lands and you have a keyed shaft. Put a small amount of Loctite or similar to keep the screw from vibrating loose.

PRK is better long term anyways...no risk of delaminating your flap!

Winches...I know everyone runs the XRC8 Comp series. Any complaints/dislikes or issues?

Dats what I'm gonna get. From everyone I've heard that has the xrc8 the only complaint (apart from the grease) is that they didn't get the 10.

Guess people are having issues with solenoids too on them. The damn Warn's are expensive as shit.

Search TW, guess people are waterproofing the solenoids to avoid the issues. JLee apparently had his go hot, and wouldn't turn off...dragging two trucks together. Had to cut the power cable.

I really can't decide how to configure my rear swing out...I like the clean look of Phil's with just the tire. But the table and rotopax are a sweet addition for functionality. It's holding me up from ordering.

I had prk a couple of years ago. Imagine a clamp holding your eye open. Sanding flap disk coming down on your eye... Hurts like a mother fucker.

I remember it more as a rotary tooth brush scrubbing the outer layer off. Didn't hurt, was just an awkward experiance.
