Same here. If I'm going over 80 the rpms are high enough it doesn't change gears at all. If I'm going 70-75 I just turn OD off near the bottom of the hill, especially if I'm using cruise control.

The rack is from Safari LTD. It's a new rack not a reman. It is reported to use higher quality materials in the housing, better seals, better guides. It'll run you about $500 so it isn't cheap but from my research people using them are having much better results than they are from reman'd racks.

At this point it's all still unconfirmed. It looked like a good unit to try out so I gave it a shot. I'll have long term feedback........later. :)

i'd recommended, in addition to this, buying some of the aersol cans which have the extensions and stuff them inside the square openings along the length of your frame, and you can effectively fluid film the interior of the frame as well

As far as I know it's 15 years after the vehicle production date.

But they aren't going to replace it because of surface rust. They'll only replace it if it fails the quality control testing.

If you had the frame sprayed under the warranty it is still eligible for frame replacement if you have rust that has perforated the frame. Otherwise most stealerships won't be able to do anything. I have the same thing, truck was treated in 2012 but since I have no holes I can't do anything about it. They said I can take it up with the stealership that did the spray or try to hit up toyota corp, but otherwise you are SOL.

Is this pic upside down? Some people say my build thread pics are upside down. They seem fine on my laptop, but on my iPhone they appear upside down... not sure why . They are straight when I upload them to photo bucket.
