I actually told one guy to get a hotel room down the road from me so his commuting costs would only be about $1. He never responded, not sure why

Lol. I've been trying to keep it polite. I'm been explaining that I'm already eating $100 at my asking price and I'm not really willing to go down from there.
I did have a guy from Rangeley say "well, that's really not my problem" to which I responded "yeah, and your two hour drive isn't my problem, is it?"
I haven't heard back from him either.

 

I had a pool ladder listed for $225/bo. Cost almost $400 new and had 1 season's use.

Guy offered me $20. I asked if he meant $200 thinking he'd say yes. He said no, $20. After I got done laughing, I explained that the new hinge and stop (which I explained in the ad were new in box b/c the old one broke) cost more than that, and if I was willing to take $20 I'd throw it away instead of doing that. He said he can get a new one for $100 so it's not worth more than $40 tops. Yeah, if you can get that kind of ladder for $100 new the person selling it is smoking something.

The part that sucks is the Dumbfucks who have bonfires will continue to do so. There are so many ways to get in there its mind blowing. The locals will still use the area and dumb trash. now people like us wont be able to clean it up
