I'm sure I'll figure it out. Maybe I'll just leave the flares off and let the tires self clearance the bedsides. haha

When you pull your OEM's off you should see how much extra travel that LBJ has over the OEM LBJ. I've been curious. My LBJ is what limits both my up and down travel (with the shocks and bumps out).

i'll most likely be hitting my uca on my icons before there is any other limiting factor...might look into limiting straps down the line

The icons will limit the down travel before the uca will hit the coil so you should be fine. If it does hit, all you gotta do is rotate the coil until the uca will be in between a coil wind instead of on top of one

I don't have a coil for my UCA to rub on

Besides when I cycled it, I had no shock in or bump stop. I didn't know the bushing could limit it though. They are round. Could be the bushings, but when I went from as high and it would go to as low as it would go there was a very solid stopping point both ways. It wasn't my UCA and I'm pretty sure it wasn't my tie-rods or CV's either. As far as I could tell without taking the boot off I think it was the LBJ in both directions.

Adding in the bump, I only lost about an 1/8" of travel if that with the bump fully compressed, and my struts limit my droop with an internal bump that is about an 1/8" from what the max is without the strut in.

what shocks do u have? internal extension bump? thats kinda cool.... but yes the rubber is definitely limiting... which is why poly bushings is desired

ORI Struts. I'm not too concerned about gaining anymore travel than I have up front, at least not without getting wider first. haha I'm pretty sure the CV's and tie-rods are too close to their binding points as it is. When I measured my travel at the hub (with ORI and super bumps in) I cycled 11" which I'm plenty happy with for stock width. haha Now I just need to get my fill kit already so I can tune it.

so my head is running around in circles trying to decide...

going to pull the trigger on some SR8s in the spring...what color should i go with?

    Matte Gunmetal or Matte Bronze?

not sure if that's bronze in there or the root beer..but the gunmetal appears to be in the back and the bronze will be close to the one next to it..

i would imagine their colors to be similar from their F-5, Stealth 6 and SR8 models...
