Damn, No wonder you're having rubbing problems.

A 20x9.5 wheel with a +10 Offset would be 5.6" Backspacing. The ideal backspacing for second gen Tacoma's is 4.5".

You don't need to cut more, you need wheels that properly fit your truck. :)

"Ideal" is cliche'! Haha yea I know they aren't the best choice functionality wise but I loved the look of them and pretty much sold myself on them when I found them so I had to have them. However, on the flip side of that I have been mulling over the idea of going black with my truck lately so it may happen. Anyway, I still think I will need to trim the cab mounts for future wheeling needs

I may put it on and run it black at first, but with the chrome theme I have going with my truck at the moment I don't think it will mesh well.

Trimming will be required for sure. Not sure how well your tires are going to perform off-road. It doesn't appear that you have much tire to air down. Maybe consider a set of off-road wheels/tires if you really get in to off-roading?

Yea, I have a set of 18's with 33s that I picked up for almost nothing so if I ever wanted to do some serious offroading I can switch to them whenever.

He told me whenever he gets his time to leave. He also said he doesn't know when that will be. My dad and I are going up there this weekend to take his truck to him. Lol
