But that's why dudes use gear most of the time, fast results, you can make 10 years of gains in 2 year, and 6 month cutting into 2 month. it's very tempting. but then again what's the point of getting jacked if your D don't work lol

True dat. I don't judge folks that do though. There's 10-15 hardcore dudes at my gym that use gear and I got no problem with 90% of them. Of course, there's the 1 or 2 dudes that think they're the Situation and go all 'bro' on everyone.

Then start sucking dick so they can afford gear. There's a reason my buddy is getting out of that game, dirty once you get past state level.

    Nothing yet
A healthy dessert if anyone is interested:

    2 avocados
    4 tbsp honey
    3-4 oz coconut milk
    5 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract.

Put it all in a good processor, process until completely smooth and you now have the most healthy chocolate pudding ever. Sounds ridiculous I know but trust.

1254 calories, 17 g protein, 127 g carbs, and 91 g fat....I can't think of one diet that this would be considered healthy on...on a standard 40/40/20 diet, you'd get 100% of your daily fat intake in 1 meal. On keto, the carbs would kill you.

....I guess it'd be good for a cheat day :notsure:

EDIT: It does sound like it tastes good, though
