    Looks like a very atypical eipdermoid cyst. My only issue is that it took over 6 minutes to get that nasty thing out. Even I wanted to pick it out watching that video.

    lol, seriously. It's not too exciting right now, but I watched it for a bit...kept thinking how awesome those burning tires must smell. One dude looked like he was just standing in the middle of the flames...just hangin' out (I'm sure it was just the video quality though).
