Ya I know how it works. My buddy gets to much creatine in his body naturally and causes liver problems. He has a fatty liver and is 26. I refuse to take supplements when they recommend other supplements so your body doesn't shut the fuck down on you.
I believe in eating well and gaining mass that way.

Your friend has a health problem not due to him taking supplements...

If you simply take the recommended amount as directed and don't go for the "Maximum Effect" which normally involves combining more than the daily amount you're supposed to take you will be fine, i know guys been taking this stuff for years, no problems. My bud has been taking creatine for 4 months and he's slapped on 10lbs of muscle after getting rid of 10lbs of fat.

Im like 165lbs and it takes FOREVER to gain weight, I've tried. This is a nice alternative when combined with a healthy, balanced diet will in time, give me the results I'm looking for.

That's what I'm saying. He isn't adding any to his body and is having issues why would I add some even if I don't have the issue he has but adding could put me in the situation.
All I saying is supplements are partially a placebo effect. Start eating more protein and you will gain weight

I told USAA to cancel my policy and they won't do it because they would like to try and get my business back. Idiots, I already told them I have switched and even gave them my Geico policy number as proof.

Obviously he is a special case because his creatine levels are not normal or even slightly higher because he knows his body produces too much.

Even if they are a slight placebo(which i think is possible, but certain ones do work), they do give results.

Im only taking recovery stuff and muscle growth supplements, nothing insane like some peeps i know, I'm simply looking for gains. When i get them, i'll have to maintain it. Getting there is the part that's difficult for my body.

Yup, they were screwing me over at $152 a month for minimum coverage and $500 deductibles.

Now I have Geico and have that plus roadside assistance and rental reimbursement for $117 a month.

    Not if you aren't married

They quoted me $126 a month and then charged me $152 a month without telling me...

It just ticks me off that a 20 year old with nothing on his record and a 2003 V6 4x4 has to pay that much on insurance....

And my gf is complaining because she's about to have to pay for insurance on her 2013 car. It's like $130 a month.
