Only way to fix axle wrap is with new springs.

Ahh haha yeah, unfortunately as others have said that won't help. My leafs with an add-a-leaf give me axle wrap.

Im thinking my block in the back did it but one member said he ran his crawler for 15 years with no problems with one.
Well thats just what a member said it could be; axle warp. With your axle warp was there a clunking?

Oh, didn't know you had a block in the rear. That will increase axle wrap and I guarantee that if you remove it you will experience less axle wrap.

Yeah, mine would have a clunking feeling when braking a little hard. Then make a clunking sound with a slightly faster take off than needed. I just brake slowly and accelerate initially slowly until I get my new leafs on.

Yup thats what it must be then because when ever I accelerate or brake it clunks.
If I take it out then Ill have the 3 inch puck in front and itll be riding nose high. What leafs will give me the lift in the back?
and is axle wrap really that big a problem or is just the annoying sound that makes me feel like my truck is falling apart?

What size block do you have in the rear now? If it's 2" or less I'd say any of these leafs will provide enough lift: Right now it's not really doing anything but be annoying, but it can increase wear and tear on your u-joints and carrier bearing.

The block raises it 2.5 inches. I will bookmark those. Thanks for the links.

Alright that's good to hear so I can save up (after buying books) and don't need them right this minute
