I am trying to find a place to rent for probably 4 or 5 guys to split. It would have to be big enough to put a lift in cause one guy just bought one.

Wow, they're putting all kinds of new-fangled technology into those things these days...
Any word on your wife's ride? Did you head home last night to take a look at it?

    :woot: Beer Money!

It's drivable. Brought it by the body shop this morning and at first glance doesn't look like anything major is wrong. It will be going into the shop in a week. Looks like the hitch took most of the impact. No wrinkles visible in the frame or visible frame damage. Looks like it will be new bumper, new back up sensors, possibly new hitch. Not as bad as I thought since my wife said the hitch was buried like 1/3 of the way into the girls hood/ front end.

She's good. Was sore yesterday but feeling better today. I think it just shook her up some.

Nope. I just kick the top of the tire like I'm trying to break down a door.

On an unrelated note, I tanked up this morning at exactly 300 miles, and the pump kicked off at exactly 17 gallons. If I hadn't already gone in and bought my coffee I would have totally bought a lottery ticket, haha. Made me wish I had a smartphone so I could snap a picture of it. Never had that happen before.

Once I got all my tools and everything setup in the garage . I can barely fit my truck in the garage . Ill have to put a few tool boxes in the unfinished part of the basement . I still want to build a metal work bench . If I was still down that way I would of gone in on renting a shop.

Better during the summer. I was averaging 22-23 with the stock AT20's and 19-21 with the Duratracs before they switched to the winter blend. But I haven't seen north of 18 really since they switched to the winter blend. I figure it's a combination of winter gas, letting the truck warm up longer in the mornings (and in the evenings after work), and the random moments of ridiculously heavy throttle because I get excited at having a snowy road/parking lot/driveway all to myself. :anonymous:

Edit: I just went back and checked my fuelly log; I managed a high of 23.45 MPG's with my first tank, which included the trip back from the dealership on the highway and a trip to the coast with mixed driving. But, I was still driving it like it was made of fine crystal at that point because I'd never had such a new truck (and I'd never spend so much $$ on something with wheels, either...)

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
I'm thinking about renting a space right next door to me. They are putting up a brand new building right accross the street and he said he would rent a garage to me cheap. We will see when the time comes.
