    I have demello sliders and can't speak highly enough of their quality. I got them used though. Demello has been around a loooooong time. Probably one of the oldest armor vendors out there for our trucks. I think they make a very high quality product in general, but tend to be on the pricey side. Whether or not it's worth the cost is up to you.

    Maybe they crate it, or use a carrier that's really good to ensure it gets to you without anything bent or dinged up.

    I would imagine it's crated. Either way, it just sucks. I know a buddy of mine had some issues when DO switched carriers and then their prices went up and down when they switched to someone better. I mean it's all good and well that they want the bumper to come in one piece, but i'd rather pay less and risk a few scratches or dings since I'm gonna color match anyway
