    Hey people. Just got in for Stop and Shop (grocery chain here), saw 2 kids about 8 and 10 in tee shirts, light sweatshirts, gym shorts and sandals. It's about 5 degrees here tonight. I almost said something to the mother, but thought better of it. I could only think what would happen if their car broke down on the way home and they had to walk.
