I just want an extra set of driving lights. I think the a set of the dually spots with amber leds should do the trick.

That's good thinking. I wasn't going to click it either. But I did, and now i've got a set of rigid driving lights on the way:eek:

You're right, you should avoid the link that has great deals on awesome LED lights :stirthepot:
Nice, congrats! If you're ever in the area once you have them hooked up, I'd love to compare the D2's against the Duallys! I went back and forth deciding but landed on 'go big or go home'. I'd be curious to see if it was actually worth it.

Sounds good. I was just going to throw a set of Hella's on the front, but these are comparable price, and draw so much less juice it's kind of a no brainer

I'm sticking with the Rigids. I asked about pricing on Vision X stuff and, if you're in the market, he has great deals on them but they were too rich for my blood. For my use, I can't justify the extra cost. I'm hoping the Rigids live up to my expectations, I've heard nothing but great things about them and the youtube videos I've seen show that they are impressive!

That's pretty cool! I'm just going to do a hidden switch somewhere. On will let the turn on with the high beams and that's it. No fancy switches this time, just basic operation.

Im hoping my setup will satisfy my lighting addiction for now, i still need to get everything wired. There is always a HID retro for the LF, and i still have room for a set of duallys :anonymous:

I was contemplating that, but I'd like to run them without the hi beams on and use them for driving in crappy weather since my stock headlights are pretty cloudy. Plus switches are cool...

I had my last lights wired on on/off/on switches for that exact reason. One on position allowed them to be cycled with the high beams, the other on position let me turn them on whenever the ignition was on. In the years I had them wired like that though, I only ever used them in conjunction with the high beams. Figure this set I'll only wire in that way, keep the switch hidden for a nice, clean install.

That switch is pretty sick. Need money for a light bar first then the switch.
