I was talking about tundras. Lol but mainly referring to they won't give us diesels so the technology may be long coming lol.

At least the new tundras have touch screens. A step forward.

Can I tow a trailer with it?

Do they have different options on the FRS when it comes to the sound system? Cause the guy I rode with had a really bad sounding one.

Mine has better off road capability than a 2 wheel drive pre runner too.

 

Color matching trim for another 10k. I agree with the power wagon comment from Lauren though. The raptor only makes sense for high speed off roading, not great for rock crawling.

I heard a rumour that Toyota was thinking of the 5 liter Cummins in the tundra. Same engine that is going in the Titan.

 

I don't think Toyota would do good in the full size diesel market just because the ones that are out there have so much of a following. And the fact that Toyota does not need to get into that market to keep selling trucks. But yes they need to have the base models all the way up to the bells and whistles. Model decked out because the rest of the half ton market is destroying what the tundra has interior wise.

When I say buy a jeep I ment wrangler those have nothing in them. My parents jeep Cherokee has everything, my buddy has the overland Cherokee and of does everything but drive for you.

 

If they upped the HP and made a Raptor version of the tundra I would have already owned one. If they don't hurry I'm going to have an American diesel siting in my drive way before long. Id be happy with the tundra if they made a raptor variant.

 

Got my 5100s on today in the rear. Way easier then I thought it was going to be to change them out. The camburgs are definitely dead. I just wonder if they can be rebuilt?

toyota is not going to moving to a diesel enegine anytime soon... we ask this question everytime us technicians go to toyota training... there will be a hybrid truck before diesel i betting

I got a lev-O-gage for 12 bucks in the way home. Thinking of putting one above the seatbelt for incline measurement and getting another for a central mount like yours.

 

Does anyone know if camburg rear shocks can be rebuilt?

 

Good idea on the incline part. Where did you get them for $12? I might need to ger me another one now. :-D

Oh and yeah the wiring is all done and last night I aimed them all. Amazing fill in on the LED bar it was exactly what I was looking.
