This. And I tested them out in the night last night on a night run and I can light up a top of a mountain from 1/4 mile or further away

 

I think I have 4 spot and 2 flood. Ill wire them up tomorrow night and get some shots.

 

This is the only shitty cell pic I got last night. I'm sitting in a hole so you can't see the distance next time I'll try and remember a proper camera.

3 euros on the bumper and 5 spots on the roof. Its a horrible picture so you can't see the 5th beam of the far right. I have them aimed so when my euros end these start.

 

So the 4 spots of the roof and the 2 floods on the the bumper.

I don't understand what the point of that angled bolt even is?

This sounds like a great idea to me, I'm going to have to steal it from you. Did you use the misalignment spacers with the new bolt? It seems like it would mess up the heim if they weren't used, right?

I believe the heim itself is 3/4", and with the misalignments it's 5/8"

 

what do you guys think of my new bumper/hitch setup? anything else i should gusset? im considering adding triangle gussets on the hitch/main tube. And gussets between the main tub and the tubes that run to the frame.

 

I would most definitely gusset the part where the hitch goes in

 

I would run a 45 degree tube from the hitch to the crossmember.

Drove it to a friends house for dinner tonight. I need to make a system to adjust the light bar down for driving and up for offroad. Had to pull over and adjust it way down to not blind people lol. This spool is not fun on the street.

Nope. Plating those in like crazy. Building spindles and caging it at the same time. Should be a sweet little cruiser.

 

Sick man! I can't wait for SUA. Then gettin a welder to learn to weld and then fully caging the front so i can run a DTF first gen race kit!
