Outdoor hockey in 17 degrees C, the NHL should just turn the winter classics into ball hockey games. They can flip a coin to see which team plays in skins.

 

LOL, I agree, but meh. Americans can have their fix down there I guess. Michigan game was easily 35 times better

Theres a lot of talk about Yakupov being close to traded and NYR, Leafs, and Canes all talking to Edmonton. I wonder if its true

 

I am sure Edmonton is entertaining offers for Yakupov. I would be curious to know how strong the offers are for him.

 

better yet a delayed outdoor game due to the sun....

 

The outdoor games are stupid unless they can find a way to get the fans closer to the ice

Did you ever go to a baseball game before? The seats are not that far away, just look far on camera. Great views

 

Did this at Frozen Fenway. Lesson learned!

Its not far in real life. Pics make it seem twice as far away. I have watched many games at Rogers Centre and Fenway

 

The only seats that seem far away at fenway (for baseball), are the Dunkin Donuts seats.

 

What ones are they? I was up on the monster a few months back on a tour and it looked insane. I would kill to see a game from there. Best tour of all time as well, favourite part of my trip

 

You don't have to pay attention at a baseball game , nobody moves and nothing happens

 

Unless your a die heart fan, a baseball game is more of the day experience then just watching the game like Hockey. Personally I dont mind watching one, but football? Fuck I hate football

 

When I'm at baseball games I eat bags of peanuts and drink beers while barely paying attention nor caring where I sit

I would have to agree.

Seems like the equivalent of attending a race. You don't see much, but it's a big "event" and lot's of people just want to be there.

The hockey game is just a small part of it.

 

Ya last leaf game I was at I was in row 11 right in the middle of the corner turns and it was a bit close
