    I'm out of protein and was at Dick's sporting goods today and they had MP combat powder. Started to buy it...but decided I should go back with ON instead.

    TrdNick, I don't know why someone mentioned Scivation as a protein sup, the only sup from Scivation I have used is the Xtend, its an amino acid sup.

    For protein, ON is simply the best way to go, there are others out there that are good but ON tops them.

    I lied. I ended up going with MP Arnold series protein. It's a few bucks cheaper and I wanted to try it out.

    I've been skimming through this thread for a little bit now, probably since saturday night.

    Can anyone help me with a workout regimen to build strength and bulk up some? I currently weigh 150lbs. It stays the same no matter what I eat, how much I drink, etc. I went into basic at 115lbs and came out at 145lbs. My current MOS I sit in a damn office building all day (I hate my MOS, but I love the Army) and we PT 3 times a week for an hour. I got accepted to EOD school and I'm thinking it's time to get my ass in gear because I won't be sitting in an office anymore. I want to by physically fit and ready for whatever they throw at me. By Army standards I'm already fit, I can max a PT test with ease, you just couldn't tell by looking at me.

    So I guess what I'm trying to say is I want to be stronger and more physically appealing.

    Possibly pm me with workout plans and some recipes to help me eat right?
