    2×2×.25 and1.5 by sch80 pipe would've liked DOM tube but used what I had. They start at 6" and then the kickout is tapered from 8" to 10".

    Work
    Get the biggest welder you can afford. 110V is mainly for sheetmetal, however if you get a large enough machine (amperage) you might be able to pull it off. Whatever you get make sure that you get the gas rig to go with it. If you can afford to and have the means, try to find a 220V machine, you will find that you quickly out grow the smaller machine.
