My Eclipse AVN6620 has an issue. I know I'm not the only one cause I talked with another guy over on the DIY mobile audio forum who has the same exact issue.

Basically the problem is that the aftermarket bluetooth made for the head unit works fine without hooking an amp and aftermaket speakers. but as soon as I hooked up my amp and speakers the sound no longer works. From what I can tell the H/U has does not send the sound from the blu tooth through the RCA cables. The only soultion I can think of is to hook another small speaker up somewhere so I can still use it.

The system still mutes when I make a call. The person on the line can still hear me, but I can't hear them.

    any suggestions?

    Marv?

I do not recommend Marv as a bluetooth adapter. He is hard to fit under the dash and you have to feed him all the time.

As much as I hate calling customer service, I'd recommend doing that in this case. That way you can know for sure if it is a setting issue on the HU/adapter or if it truely does not pass the sound through the RCA's. I'd lean toward some awkward setting in the HU's menus, but I don't have experience solving this issue.

Just trying to give you some options and boost my useless post count.

    ^^:p

Yea I think customer service might be my best bet. I'll spend 15 mins going through the menus see if I can find a solution that way first.
