Glad you've about got it all figured out and almost complete.

That's one my wife got right, when I bought my truck I had sell off a vehicle. My Accord was newer than her little SUV; I wanted to keep the car but she insisted on keeping her SUV. She likes having the ground clearance and 4WD, along with better visibility sitting up higher.

    ;)

WTH? What causes them to do that consistently? That is very strange.

    Morning.

2 cups down and 2 more to go[IMG]. Gotta have coffee to get me going.

Done that but now she has an AWD SUV so unless it gets really deep she just gets out on her own. Before the SUV she had an Audi A4 convertible that would get stuck in 2" of snow:rofl:.

All the snow in my yard is gone except for the pile at the corner of my drive and the road. It used to be 6 ft tall; it's down to about a foot. Forecasted temps stay in low 30s to low 40s (fahrenheit) for this week. Finally cools back down next week.

Yep, the ground is almost drying out. It has been nice on the heating bill. ;)

My mom just got her propane delivery. Apparently there's some kind of shortage affecting a lot of people. Her propane tanks were down to 18lbs out of 2 200lbs tanks

She closed off half her house and dropped the temp because every time she called for a fillup they just kept telling her to wait and she was on the list for delivery. She was averaging 1 lb of propane per day to heat her house

All I needed to do was spray the interior of the wall with a Clorox solution, which I already did. Waiting on the carpet company then shampoo the carpet and I am done. Total cost for everything is right at $1,000. If I had plumbing skills and had better knees the cost would be a lot less.
