Hello everyone, I'm in the process of setting up a group but for Airtec snorkels. These fit 05+ tacos but need a little modification to the hose that connects to the intake. I dont have a quote for a price yet, I need to see how many people would be interested. Maybe 50+?

It looks pretty much like that. It can be bought from Global Power Store for $365. It is located about 5 minutes from my job. They have an ebay store but Im going to go by their store this week and check out the snorkel

Pending price and more info, and how they would compare to Airflow and Safari. Can get those in the low $400's without a GB, so this needs to be in the $300's and be DIY friendly.

Yes its sold by the same people, they are the only ones selling it on there. It would be nice to drop the price more.

Cool, and how bout fitment? I see they have them for a lot of model vehicles except for Tacoma. I assume that it would be like the Safari snorkel and use the Hilux model with a special template. Is the company going to provide the fitment kit, or is it something the buyer will have to figure out on their own?

It is for a Hilux. On the ebay listing it comes with a template but its for a hilux, I will ask them about making one for the Tacoma for our group buy. They have pictures of what mods you have to do and its simple, basically making one part shorter by cutting a section and jb welding it back together. It would be easy to make a template with some paint, tape and paper. It lines up with the antenna.

Here is a picture of the part to be modified.

im pretty sure they say right side because they are based out of australia, which is RHD vehicles. so if they say "drivers side" that would mean 2 different things depending on what your vehicle is
