I am in southern Nevada, and my company is moving me to Florida. I have a trailer made from a 84 Toyota pickup that I was going to use as a bugout trailer. It has 3" of lift, TRD Tacoma wheels and BFG tires. (4) and a toolbox with a HI LIFT attached to the front. Because of the move, I am already going to be driving a Uhaul 1900 miles, and cannot bring this trailer with me. I am asking $750 for it. All the lights work, and it has permanent New Mexico plates, and a New Mexico title. Camper shell to keep your gear dry, and enough ground clearance to be useful. PM me with questions, see pics below. I cannot ship it, so it will be a local pickup deal. Need to move quickly, I have to be in Florida by mid February. I have hauled 2000 lbs in it, and it did just fine.

For those of youbpacking matches and lighters. Look up something called a permanent match.basicly a zippo fuel lighter with flint along the side. The match is a flint striker with a cotton wick that soaks up the zippo fluid. Supposed to get around 1500 lights per refill

Right here on TW. For any outfitting a BOV this, or some traction aid, is essential and this is the best one made!! IMHO

Looks like some pretty good list out there, good ideas and well thought out.
Some things to survive, i would focus on the basics, food, water and shelter.
Also, if your thinking of your family, multiply by that number. This part of your plan could be resource intensive. Most family members will think your crazy, the same ones bitching about the generator you bought until the power goes out.
Things to add to a list, power adapter for vehicle, industrial strength Velcro sounds weird but very useful, duct tape and electrical tape, zippo match, steel wool and 12 volt battery, freezer bags, heavy duty garbage bags, ax, saw, hammer, 550 cord, iodine tablets, boxes of power bars, alcohol wipes, radio...and of course all your weapons and ammo.

So I follow Equip2Endure and I like some of their videos and reviews. They have helped me refine my truck gear and go bags. They had a promotion with survival-life where if you sign up they will send oyu one of those credit card knives if you pay shipping. Well, I enjoyed reading some of their stuff so I figured what the hell it could be cool. A month and a half later I still have no answer from them despite several email attempts. I will have to send the guys @ Equip2Endure an email about this. There customer service (COMPLETE LACK OF) sucks. Not even a let us look into this and we will get back to you. Nothing. ZIP ZERO ZILCH NADA.

    EDIT:
They sent me an email saying it shipped and charge my card the $3 for shipping

I wanted some of those but they'll interfere with side seat airbags. On top of that I read a review where someone said they will give you swamp ass.:p
