You guys i almost died last night. Me and my friend jeff spent 8 hours installing HALF of my rear suspension(2 chevy leaf springs and ONE rear fox shock.)

I drove home 22 miles through fucking icy roads and almost ran into 2 trucks, and literally right before i got to my apartment(less than 500 ft away) i had to go to a stop sign, i get on the breaks, the truck doesn't stop... Im sliding straight into this stop sign so i mash on breaks again and i stop.. Scariest hour of driving in my freaking life. and i've got to go to a a shop to get the other half installed... we simply didn't have the right tools

Bud almost broke his wrist, i almost lost a tire.. a bunch of shit went down last night..

    Snow doesn't have a sound.

Well slept in 40 min past I was supposed to get up, late 20 min to work. Which I'm not complaining about and leaving early to get the truck!

Nice, any idea how much y'all should be getting?

We've had a very mild Winter so far when it comes to precipitation. I'm thinking it'll dump on us in March.

Going to try to take advantage of the mid 40 degree weather in the next two days to try to get some stuff done on the truck.

how the hell do you spend 8 hours and only install half your suspension? while my fronts gave me a ton of trouble the first time, the rear is pretty easy to take apart. also, the last thing you want to do when sliding on ice and snow is mash the brakes again. Drive on icy roads for an hour, scariest hour of driving in his life. ill say im very thankful I live in a place that gets shit weather because i know how to handle these situations haha

you know what the inversion is? when the cloud layer is like 2-3000 feet up? In boise's case it literally just covers the entire treasure valley. the clouds keep in all the cold air, so its always foggy and freezing cold but up at the ski hill its freaking blue bird sunny and about 15 degrees warmer than down in the valley (which is reversed from how it should be, 15 degrees colder when you go higher up).

It has been like thtat for 3 weeks now. its a god dam nightmare
    [IMG]

so while you lucky shits get snow boise and bogus are trapped in an ocean of bull shit

Getting about $1,100 from federal and I don't pay state taxes since I still claim Texas but live in Missouri. Military FTW :D

Interested to see what happens when I add in my misc./travel W-2 since it's non-taxable.

It's good for me. I would blow it all on a shiny new 60 gallon air compressor, oxy acetylene torch, or other tools. Until then, I look at craigslist to try and find a good deal used.

I was expecting about $1,800 but oh well. It'll probably go towards a bed rack and either bed rack accessories or part of an RTT depending on when the next GB is.
