I can make this happen :D seeing as how my driver side ballast fires 3 times every time I turn the lights on. It stays on but flashes real bright, 2 sec later flashes real bright, then 2 sec later flashes real bright again. Does it consistently every time for 2 weeks now. I was waiting to see if it went away but it hasn't yet. This is my 5th set of ballasts between my truck and car. First 3 were the bad SS ones and most recent 2 are the revised ones. I haven't had a chance to build my truck headlights yet so I haven't tested those new ones but for the car, looks like I need another ballast

Hey man! have you read my comment above…i was replacing ballast too then became doubtful that they were the problem since it happened on every ballast i replaced. What are the odd?

If you run the D2S bulbs, it might be a connection problem between the bulb and orange connector…what i did is remove the orange rubber bumper from inside the connector. they used to only flick and not turn on at all and now since i did this they turn on 95% of the time…it isn't perfect but i think TRS should maybe look at this possibility before asking people to shoot the ballast's.

To Andrew; The DSP sent to replace de SS aren't any better unless i did what is stated above…..

What if i go dig through the garbage, find an SS ballast and shoot it once with my 45 and once with my 30-06? Does that count?

    No 50 cal yet :(

5k's in the fogs to match the 5k bulbs in the projectors but they still aren't the same tint. I think the projectors change the way the light looks. Because when you look at it from the front the fogs and projectors look the same but the output color is different up against a wall or something.

Just submitted my order. I think that makes 10. The bulbs I wanted were on backorder. I don't know if that makes a difference.
