    Return the cam gussets. Waste of time and money.
    Just add a bead behind each cam tab and it will work just as well.

    Get a spring compressor before you try to set pre-load. I am showing about 5 threads to get about +2.5" ride height with similar weight as you. Getting 5 threads w/o a compressor is a chore to say the least.

    Ya, pretty tough. I did it with a generous amount of lube on the threads and shocks locked into a vise using a 3ft breaker bar on both the adjustment tool and a hex wrench on the main hub to apply pressure the opposite direction.
    Even with that I bent the adjuster and burned thru at least 9 beers.

    For your weight etc I'd say shoot for 5-6 threads as a baseline and hope that is about right. They have to come out to adjust again if needed.
