Don't know if you have any of if someone does but they work well

I did not have that much trouble with the cam tab gussets
Hardest part for me was welding upside down

Not too sure about the Icons then, they may be a bit shorter from the lower collar to the adjustment collar since they come standard with 13.5" coils versus most others with 14".
I think Icon offers their C/O with 700# coils now as an option and the valving baseline to "match"

    Where the resi's at? :p

That's good to hear! I have access to a lift so I can do it standing, or my welder can if I haven't learned to weld by then... haha

Icon does have 700lbs you can have put on. I think they cost like $100 extra to get. While King will put whatever springs you want on their C/O's without changing the price.

Did it suck to have to give that trailer back after using it for that trip? That trailer looks pretty nice. Probably costs more than I want to spend anytime soon though...

Icons are 13" springs and your Kings are 14" springs so that could work out in your favor since you should need less preload to get the ride height you want.

that's the plan...i want to eliminate having to preload the shit outta the 13x650 coils that come with them..seems like 14x700 is a good spec for my setup

Thanks anyway Bob! I knew you would have some expertise on the subject. I'll get back to looking locally for someone with a trailer to borrow.

I'll add my opinion/technique on adjusting preload... use two ratchet straps, one on each side of the coil and get them snug at ride height. Then jack the truck up and voila all tension off the collar and it turns no problem :D

Also be careful with much preload, i got a touch of coil bind when i stuffed the front good once goin fast... it was due to the superbumps which compress past stock when pushed hard so i added a spacer to them. If you're on stock front bumps then you should be fine. Just check your coils for marks of coil bind if you stuff it hard.

trailer was great...especially when you're at an event..

i took that to FJ summit and it was nice setting up and not tearing down til the end. Jim had a RTT on his truck and had to tear down every day...i was definitely liking the trailer then :D

    but you can't do this

Yeah those super bumps are freaking squishy!

Yeah I can see that! That's one of the big reasons I want one! I could just leave it setup at BFE and go wheel!

Also, depends on how your trailer is setup on what you can do with it ;)

But yeah it will still limit you on what you can do...
