I wilk show you when you come over. It's an alternative to a dual battery set up. Massive marine battery (75lbs).

Picked her up today from RTI. They did a great job. Will be going back for sure in the future.

I love it. Rides so much more solid now and eats up bumps. :cookiemonster: I wanna wheel now.

Sorry for the shitty iPhone pictures

Here's a straight on view of what those huge ass Kings look like in there.

    These break lines are nice.

Wheelers super bumps were welded onto the top of the flip plate from the u-bolt flip.

Alcans and view of how much more clearance the shackle flip has over the low hanging stock shackle hangers/ shackles.

This is the shackle angle. Not sure about this.

Nice to add the greasable bolts too.

No more low hanging ubolts. :D

Interesting. Shackles are installed the opposite of mine. I wonder why they decided to do that. Your angle is a bit to compressed. You might want to move to that last hole but it will give you a bit more lift. How is it sitting right now? Rake or level?

I need to see this thing live soon. Did they cycle the suspension at the shop at all? I wish they would have taken pics.

I'm not sure if they did or not.
It's sitting pretty level right now. Dylan said he took some pics but haven't seem them yet.

So if you move to the last hole you might get a tad of rake but nothing more then 1/2". It would be a better angle on the shackle.

does look like the shackle is backwards too...

bulhas had his shackles backwards when he did his and his leafs ended up snapping at the ends

usually you're looking for around 45* angle at ride height, near vertical on droop and compression will be about where

put some jack stands under the frame and let it droop...you can easily unbolt and flip the shackles around...just make sure you tighten the nuts back down when you have weight on the suspension..

Thanks bob. I'll have to find some time to do this I guess. Definitely don't want my leafs to snap.

I know they weren't supposed to be like that but didn't really look when I was there at the shop unfortunately.

Maybe Ill do this when I flip em around. Ill see how the angle is in the same hole though, cause I am not really looking to have rake.

See I am trying to figure out with the defined if they really are backwards. I bet the reason they did it that way was the same reason I ground down my hanger. So the shackle will fully compress in the hanger. By putting them on the way RTI did you don't have to worry about making them stuff.

The angle eye to eye is off but if he puts it in the last how it will correct the angle. Beyond that the shackle should perform in the same manner as mine. It's definitely easier to get to the zerk.
