Damn straight, then i'll make a pit stop to firestone and get the lifetime alignment for around 150$ or so..

Haven't aligned the truck since putting on my lift in October..

 

oooo...yeah better do that. the last time i went they said i was close to perfect and that was after ~30k miles

 

How important is it to get an alignment after installing new ucas? Money for an alignment is all that's holding me back from doing my lift atm

Id say pretty high.

My opinion though, i slapped on new coil overs, didn't get more than 3" of lift and my truck doesn't drive funny at all

 

I've got the same ifp foxes you do for the front but I'm going to crank them up to a full 3

 

why? they gave me a really nice lift out of the box.

 

I didn't feel like 2.5 was enough with 285s on my prerunner

 

3 would be good with 285s

 

Dude, my 265's look good(personal opinion) lol. the 285's would fill the wheel wells but i feel if it gets to close then it'll be like it was never lifted, but i am opting for 255/85/16(pizza cutters), i'll gain even more lift just from the tires alone and no cutting

 

I had some high centering issues on my usual trails with the prerunner lol. I LOVE my pizza cutters on my Scout! I wish I went 255s with my tacoma but I already got 285s when I decided I wanted to go that route.

 

I hadn't even realized you made the trade and got 4x4. I couldn't do it.. Too much shit i done with through with the truck i got now. Plus I've got a 82' SFA pickup so 4x4 isn't a big deal anymore.

 

I wish i could dedicate my scout as a trail rig but its my baby lol. i take it off road but nothing crazy. i sold my pre runner to my brother for 15k and bought my 4x4 for 9. it was easy at that point to decide which i wanted more.

 

the hell? my pre runner was 16K 4 years ago...

right at 200k miles though but that doesn't bother me at all. they last forever if you take care of them right

 

yep theres a guy with 330K+ Regular maintenance and you'll be butter

 

the pre runner had 245k miles though
