I'm working today and there is a guy that's been here since 11am...it is now 4pm....we were closed yesterday, but members could still come in and I looked at the records, just to see how many people braved through the 1'' of snow to workout and he was here from 10am to 4 pm....this niqqa needs to get a life.

He lifts, but he talks a lot, too.

    He's probably 5'9" 250 lbs and ~30% bf lol

I just don't see how one can justify spending 4-5 hours in the gym on a daily basis.

Hey, the kid is strong, but after spending 5 hrs a day in the gym, he should look like fuckin Jay Cutler. He just spends too much time running those DSL's

What is it? I'm currently sipping on my post-workout shake. I left my ON Chocolate Whey at home, so I'm using strawberry SNI Pro Mass and it's not too bad. Of course, it's mixed with a scoop of peanut butter and a packet of low sugar oatmeal :D

It's so good! We've got a Margaritaville blender at the gym, so I get to grind it down pretty fine. It's also apple cinnamon flavored, which makes it that much better

Hmmmm im going to have to try that. I eat the maple brown sugar oatmeal in the mornings and do a protein shake with organic peanut butter before I go to bed. I'm going ti have to try them together.

That's what I did. Each week, I alternate between maple brown sugar and apple cinnamon...all low-sugar, of course. With 1 scoop of ON whey, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, and 1 oatmeal packet, it comes out at:

    518 calories
    40g protein
    59g carbs
    15g fat

I thought you were only aloud to have your carbs on certain days ?
