    Well evening's and early mornings are bad for me, I can't sleep so I end up working on the ride.
    Below is my winch I installed, now I had it in place and then realized I need to take pic's so they are backwards but you get the idea.

    NOTE.... if you follow this, you do not have to remove the AP bumper to install the winch.

    Just one bolt needs to be removed from the tranny cooler, then it will move the amount you need.

    The hood release just hangs out of the way, no need to remove the pull cable. Easy job!!

    Front view all done. The cable went through this flare head with no issues. I still need to get different line, but I have time.
    Bolting up the winch was easy and fitment was great, I did have a minor issue getting to the left front bolt facing do to it being a tight fit and my big hands. But a magnet prob held the nut in place and it was................all gravy.

    For the box I followed everyone elses idea's. To be honest I let my Dad get his hands dirty on this one. He can bend raw bar stock like no one else, no heat and the turns are sharp.
    He completed this part. I still need to get longer wires, but I still have time before I hit the woods.

    Actions such as this are the reason you have the support of strangers which I feel are only friends you haven't met yet. Kindness is viewed by too many nowdays as a weakness to be exploited. Thanks for being an example of how kindness is really a great strength. It is still very contagious to those who really have hearts. The world would be so much better off if more were infected by it.


    Great thing to have dad around to share projects with, really sucks to not.......

    Well most of my ticking only happens when it's cold. Was 55 last night, so I went out at 3 am to check, had a tick for about 3 seconds then gone. But I havent started it in over a week.
    Started it up to do the other mods a little bit ago, no sounds (ticks).
    So for me.............IT WORKED!!
