3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.

I thought about doing one block in black, one in anthracite, and one in gunmetal grey. I didn't want to wait for the shipping so I did just black. I still might order a can of each and try it.

Also thought about staggering the last block to make it lower than the first 2 but I didn't think it would look good without the stripes. But your correct, since the newer body styles have more curves it makes it awkward

posted this in 5 lugger bs, but thought i'd ask here as well....

I've got something acting up in my suspension -- Basically whenever I hit a speed bump or pothole going anything faster than 20 mph, what sounds to be my front drivers side sounds like its maxing out the suspension as if it's hitting a bump stop or something.... new shocks/struts were put on about 11 months ago... any ideas? Could it just be the creak of an older truck?

Ha! Reminds me of the time some guys wandered off the road into one of the drainage ditches over on Indian Creek Rd just south of Gallbush Rd. It was stuck on the axles and at enough tilt, the carbureator wasn't working.

Some guy in a lifted Chevy Silverado with 44 superswampers came by and offered to help thinking he had bad-ass truck. He couldn't even budge the stuck one. Some guy in a Ford diesel work truck stopped and had him out in 2 minutes with a whole bunch of burnt rubber. Funny what perception does.

Changed my hawse to a roller fairlead I bought the warn steel fairlead and my steel cable was ripping through it like tin foil we had a couple days of rain and it's already starting to rust[IMG] .

I have a trail gear low profile bumper and on their website they said that you cant use a roller type Fairlead. But you can all you have to do is re drill the holes on the bumper. Here is the pic's[IMG]

I got rid of my roller fairlead because I thought it was ugly and stuck out too much and also because with my TG bumper it hangs down abnormally on the bottom.

I gave $20 and a set of deflators to a member on here to get me out recently. It was one of those "lesson learned" things about wheeling solo and he had to come from an hour away to do it so I wanted to cover his gas at least.

Some places it is bad form to refuse a gratuity. i wouldn't ask for money up front but if it were offered afterwards...
