If you payed $1,200 for a complete rear end. With Currie stuff and a sportsman case complete, Good job, that's a deal!
Is it 28 spline or 31?

31 spline. it was actually the housing, axles with brakes ect. and links for 1000. bought the 3rd already ready to go for 475. links are only worth about 300. they are meh and ones warped a bit haha. figured i payed about 1200-1300 for just the complete rear end. its the only thing that will last on my truck lol

word, im like $3800 into my Camburg Housing, 35 spline currie axles, wilwood 4 pistons and 13" rotors, another $350 into my dirt tech lower link mounts and like $1800 into my yukon built 3rd with 4.88s and a detroit. Not cheap but well worth it

No sir. 37x12.50 on 16.5" rims only. They are built on the project carcass with a little more aggressive tread pattern and harder rubber compound for the military.

Last time I was out snow wheeling I just took my valve stems out, 0PSI. I got lazy at the highway and just drove 15 miles or so back home, on the highway, at zero psi. It was a little squishy in the corners, but drove fine. Double beadlocks are pretty rad.

are the new 37's the same weight as the old? If I remember right you're like 120# per corner right?

Are you light enough to stay on top of your tires with the valve cores out? Although I'm not running 12.50's, I'm pretty sure my wheel would slice my tire open if I tried that even on my E-rated tires. haha

This Sami weighs like 3000lbs if that and his tires are currently at 4 psi. They won't drop any lower than that. He daily drives it at 4 psi! haha

You have to remember those tires in that picture are military tires. They aren't going to budge haha

Ya they are heavy, super thick side walls and my truck only weighs 4000 lbs. With the Goodyears they are 150 pounds per corner, but the BFG's seem a little lighter. I'll weigh one and see when I get one put together. The hummer wheels I'm running also will not slice the sidewall. There is an internal "run flat" of sorts, made out of PVC that squishes the bead between the two lips of the rim.

I see. I didn't realize they made the tires that much thicker for the military tires than for other like Super Swampers and such. Maybe that's why we tear out so many sidewalls in the rocks... I imagine when I step up to 37's I'll probably get some TWF's since you can get the tires and wheels all from 1 place and for a lot cheaper than new.

You're an Army dude, you know how tough they are. In ten years active duty and hundreds of thousands of miles I can count on one hand how many flat hummer tires I have seen, and those were usually on motor pool queens that never got driven.
