Just found my ordered DCSB TRD-OR (2wd in white) is being built with Heavy Duty all-weather flooring instead of carpet (only $50 more). I will put Alweather Mats over the HD Flooring. Its a truck I will keep for the next 10/15 years so think the flooring will hold up much better than the carpet. This is a special order "Boss Change" to get done. Had to have the Boss Change to get w/o the Nav anyway (to get sat radio). When it gets here will install Katzkin leather but using the Tuscany (we have not used this in Tacos before) but super, super soft in Pewter color.
This is my retirement truck and the same truck I always drive for demos.

Not getting the mop & glow products as I ordered the unit. Will not have carpet at all. The floor will be on the order of an FJ.

Leather is so much better than cloth with a large dog

Thinking just look better several years down the road. The longest I have kept a Taco is 5000 miles but all about to change the end of Feb when I retire.

I am surprised not to see more of you real off road guys not getting this option. No i am not an off road guy (just wanted the better seats). But the HD flooring over having carpet seems better.

I wanted the HD flooring instead if carpet. That is something that can be ordered but for the most part is not. We(dealership) put in a Boss Change to Toyota. We gave a unit that was coming to dealership but still app 45 days out ( still not built) for the truck I wanted w/o carpet. The same was getting w/o Nav. Your salesperson might not know about but the sales manager will. Now this can take awhile as mine took about 5 weeks and I did it directly with distribution ( you can't). This is only good for items sold by Toyota on a factory order. Like you want a TRD without the hitch option ( something you never see but cab be ordered).

    Thanks for the reply.
So is this something viable/available to me? It seems odd to me the flooring isn't more widely offered on TRD trims. I will be purchasing a TRD Sport in the near future and all weather flooring is something I really value.

    Just an example

Prices vary depending on what region of the US you are buying in

In the Southeast ... They generally charge as much as they can because Toyota's are so popular

Get ready to rip every seat out to get access to that all weather flooring, which STILL has that insulating carpet junk under it!
