I do not think the depression is over as much as some talking heads want you to believe it is. The downturn has affected a lot of work and how people spend their money. IMHO you cannot skimp on home or car maintenance. Hang in there this too will pass.

Today will be semi busy. Getting ready to head out to the gym right now. Then back home to put together my sisters carpet cleaning machine and do the other half of the carpet in the living room. Then wash the car. I might even go out in the garden to do some trimming back of the knockout roses and Black Eye Susan"s

Morning Tom, Have the grandsons science fair to go to. The project I helped him with was a hit with the teacher. Below is a picture of the "house" I put together with the solar panel on the roof and an LED light inside. After the fair, need to definitely wash the Tacoma. It was still a bit to chilly yesterday with no sun and the line at the car wash was wayyyyy [IMG]to long. Have a good one and a side note, when evfer the missus cleaned our carpets, she always added some Oxy-Clean to hot water and the white carpet came out cleaner looking then when it was new[IMG]

I will try the Oxyclean Ken when I do the computer room. I would hate to have one half of the living room carpet look better than the other half. [IMG]

Good morning all. I had other things planned for today, but I suddenly have this urge to paint my Tacoma black. It's a little chilly outside so I want to paint fast. accordingly, I will hook the paint can up to the garden hose and let 'er fly. I'm not sure how the flat black latex paint will turn out.........:homer:

 Very nice! Reading specs she looks pretty economical on fuel as well. Hear you on maintenance costs; planes and boats-bottomless pits to pour your money down. WTH, you can't take it with you. ;)

Lots of room in a G Body. I have an H Body with a NA 3800. Of course there are modifications to make it go faster and handle better.

Pics for some work a while back. New Air plenum Insert, L76 valve springs with valve seals, and ER Rockers.
