yes I have never wired one up and have no clue on what to order and do I need a curcit breaker

 

all my stuff has in line fuses and my wiring is a mess gonna clean it up in the spring

There's a few different models, but basically think about how many circuits you might want to add. Cb, fog lights, bed lights, led light bar, heated seats, 12v outlets... It adds up pretty quick so most people get the 12 circuit one. It is a good idea to use a circuit breaker but look at the cost first. The circuit breaker is only to protect the fuse box, so if it costs more for the circuit breaker than the fuse box I wouldn't bother using one.
In fact I have a blue sea fuse box and I'm not using a circuit breaker for it because I don't care to. The circuits are all protected by the fuses, so worst thing that could happen is the fuse box gets fried, and I'd say that's pretty unlikely.

And for wiring up the fuse box, get wire to connect it to the battery that is thick enough to handle the max. Amps of the fuse box. Then ring terminals etc. I got mine and wire and terminals and crimped it with the tool on the shelf all at west marine.

Negative you can connect to the battery or to the spot where the battery is grounded to the fender.

Or get one without the negative bus since it's easy enough to find a nut or bolt to ground your accessories to.

hahaha I did similar a few years ago. All done oil change, thread on filter, phone rings, shut hood and start up, oil sprays everywhere from loose filter, grass still dead in backyard. Lol
