I'm doing the diff breather extension and noticed my leefs look funny. Is this normal?

They're a bunch of hacks. I'm not entirely surprised that they won't align your truck with a 3" spacer lift. Typically if you want your alignment within spec you need a set of upper control arms that are adjustable.
