    This was posted just today.

"Tacoma's 2010 updates are a snap to cover: the truck's front cup-holder has been "enhanced," making it clear that Toyota is in the if it ain't broken, don't change it mode. Base prices remain the same, too, ranging from $15,170 for a Regular Cab with a 5-speed manual tranny to $27,075 for the 4x4 long bed Double Cab with a V6 and 5-speed automatic. For now, take a look at 2009 specs and photos:"

    http://trucks.about.com/b/2009/07/31/2010-toyota-tacoma-updates-prices.htm

and another link to Car and Driver:

    http://blog.caranddriver.com/change...-fj-cruiser-highlander-rav4-tacoma-and-yaris/

    and finally:

"Tacoma, the best-selling compact pickup truck in the U.S., will carry over unchanged except for an enhancement to the front cup-holder functionality, and it will not receive a price increase for the 2010 model year. Tacoma's base MSRP ranges from $15,170 for the Regular Cab with a five-speed manual transmission to $27,075 for the V6 4x4 Double Cab Long Bed with a five-speed automatic transmission."

So there you go for all those who were waiting. Dealer told me a month ago that the changes were "verrryyyy small" but wouldn't tell me specifics.

    (sorry about the wow)

A bit disappointing. I bet 2011 will bring a complete redesign. I may opt for a 2011 camaro ss myself.

The last informed prediction I saw in print claimed 2012 was the planned year for the next overall redesign.

Aw man, I knew I should have waited till 2010 to buy! That cupholder's functionality is abysmal! It's at least a quarter inch too loose at the second position to properly hold a medium cup from Tim Hortons! This is obviously as major issue for the 2009 model year.

Haha yeah never mind the crappy rear suspension and the loud, ticking engine. We gotta fix that cup holder!!!

Wow...2013? Man that's a long time to wait for a redesign. Doesn't Ford change their F150 trucks every 2-3 years? Hahaha.

I haven't read through the articles but is there any mention of color choices? I wish they'd bring back the indigo. If not it's going to be the mag grey for me!

Somebody needs to put together a DIY "Enhance the cupholder in your shitty 2005-2009 Tacoma to match the functionality of the fan-damn-tastic 2010 Tacoma" thread.

    Too few to list.
I wonder about the four new colors myself.
