Now this is pretty damn funny. Here we are waiting on them to come up with a new TSB to fix some of the drivetrain issues and you spout off that you are tired of the "many" TSB's.
Do you know what a TSB is and the reason why manufactures release them?

Now, if you want to complain about the god awful amount of recalls then I would reconsider that they thought as well. I believe the 2013 has had 1 recall?

Go research a Ford Escape. It's been recalled 7 times in 17 months. Think about that one for a moment.

I have a 2012 4WD that has made this noise since new. Took it back to the dealer and they couldn't hear it... This TSB T-SB-0250-12 should include the 4WD as well.

I know what TSBs are son :)

I was born in a Toyota. Yes, I'll credit them for trying to fix their issues but is too many. When they were produced in Japan, there were less issues.

Glad you found it funny but it is serious shit when you look at the price for the truck. Regardless of all the headaches, this is all I will buy since I can't really enjoy anything with a local label. That is a topic by itself on another forum.

Took the Taco into the dealer this morning. A technician rode with me for a bit so I could reproduce the driveline vibes. I was able to, and he knows all about it all too well he said. He said that he has done the work on the Tacos for the other TSBs that have come out and that the problem still hasn't been solved. He said he's surprised Toyota hasn't just recalled the trucks because so many people have complained about it. He told me he'd make his notes in the computer system regarding the vibration to document my complaint about it and that I'd be contacted once Toyota has an actual repair for it.

Glad to know this is a known defect. I felt it right away but didn't know if this was normal. It happens very quickly and goes away. I will take it to the dealer along with the TSB.

I just went to arbitration over this issue and I'm awaiting results. Toyota insists that this is a charictoristic of the vehicle and they all do it, the only difference is the degree to which you feel it. I hope they buy it back but I'm not holding out much hope on the ncds site their stats say that about 1-5 are bought back. A one year old truck, unbelivable. I can't wait to flush this TuRD.

hey ms. chloe I'm glad you know my life story. I bet you psychically saw the 2005 tacoma that I loved dearly but my twin boys forced me to upgrade to the 2013. I love how you were also able to magically see into the future that I was going to get an american full size truck because I don't see anywhere in my post mentioning such.
