Am I in the minority regarding lifts?

LMAO...almost sounds like what my BFF (who changed my mind about Toyotas) would say...(man that guy could drive the wheels off that `86 x-cab).

 

Some of the places I have gone camping would have been inaccessible without the lift.

I think a massive lift and then sticking street tires looks stupid though. Some guy drives around town in a Taco with at least a 6 inch lift and then probably a body lift on top of that with a bunch of armour with some highway tires. Just looks really dumb imo.

 

I have no lift and my truck is fine....only difference from people that lift trucks, is I actually use it as a truck and haul stuff.

I lift for functionality bro

 

A good set off aftermarket coilovers, uca's, rear shocks and new leaf pack the truck rides oh so much nicer than stock with a couple of inches of clearance.

One reason to lift is to increase the off highway approach/departure angle.
