    It's usually not this bad but my legs got blasted...then I blasted them again

    I've never tried CM tho

    Sekksaaaay! When you get cut, you're gonna be a beast. When I cut, I look kinda scrawny lol. I sit at around 175-180 at around 9% bf...I'm much more comfortable at 200-205 and 15% lol

    That's why I do deads on leg day...I'd rather just have 1 shit day of my legs feeling like they got ran over by a steamroller than 2.

    Didn't the military ban DMAA? I don't know much about it, but this was on the FDA's website:

    This substance narrows blood vessels and arteries, which can elevate blood pressure, and may lead to cardiovascular problems such as shortness of breath, arrhythmias, tightening in the chest, and heart attack, as well as seizures and other neurological and psychological conditions. FDA has received 86 reports of adverse events involving products containing DMAA. These events include psychiatric disorders, heart problems, nervous system disorders, and death.

    Oh I get stim dick for sure, gf hates it lol. I've been taking pre-workout with dmaa in it for a year. The other pre workout without it does nothing for me. I am bulking, hasn't slowed me yet!

    Almost every pre-workout banned 1,3 dmaa. It's why jack3d was so good.. Hell it's why pre-workout sucks now because they removed it.
