so my next project is taking out my cv shaft and pulling the needle bushing out of my front diff to replace it with the new bushing from east coast gear supply. has anyone else had to do this? had the vibration problem at 40 - 50mph after putting on your lift, some people even take their lifts off because of it. the thread said it's more common in the 4.0L 4x4s, so I guess I'm a lucky one! Ordered the bushing and removal tool from ecgs then the race and driver set from harbor freight. since the front diff fluid is gonna be drained out I'm gonna replace it with royal purple, plan on doing the transfer case and rear diff with royal purple to while I'm underneath it.

here's the thread about the problem:

Yea I did that, I had vibes from 25-30mph and it took care of those. I also had vibes from 5-12mph and ordered a beefed taco CB drop that took care of that. Then I had vibes at 15-20 (very very minor) and put 3 degree shims in and now I'm 97% vibe free. It's waaaay too much fun trying to get vibes out post lift

Save your money on the RP. You might as well put H2O in there, I'd give you about the same amount of lubrication.
