Mucinex is supposed to bring it up and the sudafed in mucinex-d is supposed to pretty much clear your nose and chest. Regular mucinex is useless to me but mucinex-d works awesome

I don't know how it is for them over in Cali, but in Texas if your parents gave you the alcohol under their supervision it's legal.
