Besides the Broncos blowing it, I think this was one of the worst for commercials. A couple where just, ok.

 

I feel bad for Peyton. I was rooting for the Broncos purely because I wanted to see him do well.

Oh, and all but a handful of the commercials sucked. Half of them left me wondering what the point was.

 

In no order Elway, Favre, Montana, Staubach, Bradshaw, Marino, Namath, Aikman could all arguably be top 5.

IMO can't really judge for sure till the guy retires. I'd say both Brady and Manning will be top 10 when that day comes.

 

Scary part, look how many 5th rd and lower guys on that team that are studs. They could have a nice long run the next 3-5 yrs.

 

Absolutely. Also, part of the reason Seattle is so good is because of the young talent on low salary contracts ie- Sherman, Wilson. Makes a lot of room for the expensive play makers like Harvin. Next year will be a bit different with salary cap but they should be super good still.

 

Yup, and it seems to me they did just fine without Percy this year..not gonna say that he isn't a big guy to have of course. Lynch should have another good 1-2 yrs in him and Turbin doesn't look horrible.

 

Manning's press conference was kind of bad ass. I like how stern he was. He seems like a good dude, despite what six fidy says.

 

Didn't see it..I was out with my better half and we left right after the game.

Speaking for myself, I'd be crazy to deny Manning's ability. I do not like him b/c division rivals from the Indy days. That and I remember how much he and Bill Polian used to bitch about everything.

I'll tell you this. The Broncos suck. The 3 or 4 best teams in the NFL are in the NFC. Punch these AFC pussies in the mouth and they run crying to mommy. As always, I won't predict a damn thing for Seattle but I cant see the AFC winning the Superbowl for a few years.

I'm not going to say the broncos suck by any means. I think they are better than they played tonight. Having said that....Hawks have proven themselves the best team in the NFL right now.

 

Broncos are the best team in the AFC, unfortunately for them that's the B-League right now.

Just getting to the Superbowl is an accomplishment and both teams deserve mad props.
Denver had a (very) off-day. It happens. Sucks that it happened to them today.
But had it been Chargers vs Seahawks, I don't think the trophy would have gone to the Chargers.
Seattle played a solid game.

It's like when people bashed Dan Quayle and Joe Biden... you don't get to be 2nd in line for POTUS by being an idiot.
