Morning Cap, snowing pretty heavy down here, about 2 inches down now and more expected(4 to 8 ) and they are talking more later on in the week...Wife just left for work so I hope she is going to be okay.

 

.Need my coffee too. Got some on Thursday so I'm good for a week. Best weather report you can ever get is to look out your window and see what's going on

You're getting more snow? Our temps have cooled off to single digits or teens at night and teens or 20s during the day; but no precip in the forecast for the next 10 days. This is one of the oddest Winters I can remember in a while.

Calling for 6-12" of snow here, and 2 more storms on the way! Was the groundhog right?

 

Make a nice ground hog stew outta him...

Was just out driving in it and where the plows hit, it was slick but where they haven't been was good driving.

 

Good morning guys. Doing laundry, bed linin day, and some minor cleaning to start income tax tomorrow.

Aw come on Tom we like to share!?!? Glad your not getting any. I should've know we were getting hit, I washed and waxed the Tacoma and took the wife's car to the car wash yesterday. Both looked good for a few hours anyway.

 

Getting the salt off is the real battle in the winter. Last week we had 1" of snow that required 2" of salt on the road.

 

Me thinks I had 2'' coating of salt on the Tacoma. Just watching the traffic reports and what a mess. Any slight incline and people are getting stuck, cars, trucks, buses...scary in our area. I might have to get the wife if she has any issues.

Morning all, Amazing how time has changed the way we look now Jim I was about 35 pounds lighter with a full head of hair and plenty of energy.

 

A guy named Bob receives a free ticket to the Super
Bowl from his company.
Unfortunately, when Bob arrives at the stadium he
realizes the seat is in the
last row in the corner of the stadium - he's closer
to the Goodyear blimp than
the field.




About halfway through the first quarter, Bob notices
an empty seat 10 rows off
the field, right on the 50 yard line. He decides to
take a chance and makes his
way through the stadium and around the security
guards to the empty seat. As
he sits down, he asks the gentleman sitting next to
him, "Excuse me, is anyone
sitting here?" The man says no.






Now, very excited to be in such a great seat for the
game, Bob again inquires of
the man next to him, "This is incredible! Who in
their right mind would have a seat
like this at the SuperBowl and not use it?"






The man replies, "Well, actually, the seat belongs
to me, I was supposed to come
with my wife, but she passed away. This is the first
Super Bowl we haven't been
together at since we got married in 1967."






"Well, that's really sad," says Bob, "but still,
couldn't you find someone to take the
seat? A relative or close friend?" "No," the man
replies, "they're all at the funeral."

Knew this one would come around again

 

Morning Cap...got about 7 inches of snow here...all the sidewalks and driveways are cleared(having a home owners association has a very few benefit's) and hopefully we won't get too much more on Wednsday. Running out of room to pile it
