    id sugest another way...i know 40 smokes a day was alot of niccotine but i was addicted to dip and i just told my self i was gunna quit and ive only had a few pinches since then...try chewin normal gum or just sunflower seeds...

    Sunflower seeds tore my gums up for some reason :confused:
    and then after i was down a few and i threw more in it stung like a bitch.

    thats the thing with gum, the mintiness reminds me of menthols. and when i think of menthols i just think about stogenheimers.
    and i hate fruity gum. so i guess ill try cinnamon.

    I tried salted, they burned, BBQ, they burned, AND ranch, and those also burned. dont know about any other flavors.

    heres an update on how the boil on my hip looks like.
    the boil itself is not too big. the size of a penny comin up half an inch off my skin. but the area around it is red. the area is the size of my hand except bigger.
    what should i do???

    If it was a big concern to you, Id think that you would go to a doctor....

    ice, and some cortisone cream. or it could be a food allergy have you thought about that? clearly its your bodys response to some sort of inflamatroy reaction

    doctor said to go to sleep early and wake up early and have a better diet.

    I go to sleep around 2 and wake up around 12 - 3

    i eat 2 times a day, and i mainly eaty greasy stuff.
    that the problem maybe?

    very well could be. try not eating greasy foods or foods that are high in trans fats. i bet that will make a difference
