    Yeah.
That Bronson is a nice ride! DW Link bikes are awesomely smooth. Let the arguments begin.

Random fact about the bike. When I went to pick it up today they had put the wrong wheels set on(not the high engagement hub). They had a set of the high engagement rims but they were reserved for Brian Lopes(the owner of the shop is his mechanic). So they just threw Lopes wheels on my bike and sent me on my way. I literally have Brian Lopes's wheel on my bike.

That you have a shake weight signed by Aaron Gwin raises so many more questions than it answers.

It was a pretty brazen move. I read a blurb in the local paper (Patch) about it. Busy week for SCPD.

Other than 1st & last, everyone is the same...somewhere in between. Main thing is the fun factor & the exercise.

    Fun looking race, Luke!

took part in a 12 hour endurance race this weekend. terrain was very easy, with very few technical areas, so it was far more a test of physical fittness than biking skill.

still a blast though. camped friday night with the team, and the race was from 9 am to 9 pm on saturday. missed the podium by one spot.

Even after doing triathalons, and knowing what it's like to go from biking to running, it's a whole new ballgame when you move from road biking to mountain. there was a bike handoff where you tossed the bike and had a 1/4 mile sprint to tag in the next team member. just about ate shit every single time hopping off the moving bike. damn noodle legs.

search and rescue guy, looking for the down riders was cruising around on a cool electric dirt bike.

    Colin,
That looks like a fun race, and nice terrain to ride an endurance race in.
Did a few 24 Hours of Adrenaline races years back, twice in Canmore Alberta, once on a 2 man team. Nothing like the noodle legs, after dark, hungry and tired, to put you in your place. :( Great fun.
