    EEEK have an appointment with the lawyer on Friday FINALLY. Should be interesting. They think I have a good case. But I've never dealt with a lawyer so I have no clue what to expect.

    Well no hes not the smartest at all.... but he got a lawyer initially to try and save himself for what ever was going to come his way and they suggested that we work together and go against the insurance agent instead due to how they handled everything. Basically told him he was screwed any other way. And there were a lot of things that the insurance angent did that they technically aren't supposed to. So he agreed to pay the lawyer fees for it. IDK I think he feels like a dick for everything. But what ever. I'm just kinda going to see how it all pans out. I admittedly have no clue what I'm doing or if what they are suggesting is even possible. but we will see. I'm just counting on paying for it all out of pocket. if there is a better outcome then great. If not then it is what it is.

    that's a great attitude to have as nothing with lawyers is guaranteed. Good luck with all that. seems like you're in the best position you could possibly be for your scenario.
